Allan Lloyd Hawley's Obituary
Allan Lloyd Hawley, age 74 of Six Lakes, passed away Sunday, August 14, 2016. He was born March 20, 1942 in Muir, Michigan, the son of Lloyd and Carrie (Curtis) Hawley.
Allan married the love of his life, Alice Merlyn Keilholtz on November 24, 1962 in Fenwick, MI with a reception at Clifford Lake. Allan was employed as a truck driver for General Motors in Lansing for more than 30 years. He enjoyed any kind of fishing, boating or hunting and was a member of the Moose Lodge of Lansing and Greenville, since 1969.
Allan is survived by his wife Alice Hawley of Six Lakes; two daughters Annette (Rob) Prince of Six Lakes, Cheri (Rich) Roush of Mason; grandchildren Jennifer Hawley, Jefferey Spinner, and Riley and Carter Roush; great-grandchildren Ashlie, Kamerin and Ellieott Hawley, Cayson and Jayden Spinner; two sisters Rosie (Bruce) Fell and Linda (Bob) Lanz, both of Ionia; and several nieces, nephews, and friends.
Allan was preceded in death by his parents Lloyd and Carrie Hawley; daughter Angelina Hawley; two sisters Betty and Barb; and three brothers Dick, Raymond and Terry.
Services will be held on Thursday, August 18, 2016 at 11:00am at Brigham Funeral Chapel 9977 W. Howard-City Edmore Rd, Lakeview, MI. A Visitation has been scheduled from 2-4pm and 6-8pm Wednesday, August 17, 2016 at the Lakeview Chapel. Burial will take place in Lakeview Cemetery following the service. Memorial contributions may be made out to Spectrum Hospice.
