Uncle Andy was my Mom's little brother. They had a special bond and respect for each other. He was always good natured, with a friendly smile. He taught my Dad to golf. I remember him building my grandparents house in Harper Woods , which is standing strong!!. He and Aunt Kathy were a great team so involved in theater.. .They told us of Bradenton Florida which we now vacation in. I remember lots of poker Sunday's at grandma's Hot pizza from the oven. It's hard to see the family go but our memories make us smile. Love you Uncle Andy . Your great kids will be there for Aunt Kathy
Andy was a friend and a 'good guy to the bone'. First met Andy at Frigidaire in
the early 70's and then worked with him at GMTC in Warren. He was a hard and
dedicated worker and a pretty fair golfer too. I am sure he will be missed by many.
May God grant him safe haven and perpetual peace.
One wonderful thing about Andy was he was always smiling. Andy would say hello to me and then we would always have a small conversation. I appreciated his thoughts on Canadian Lakes and knew he had a vested interest in our community. I will miss his smile and especially his "hello". Rest in Peace my friend you will be greatly missed.
