Angel Alexandra Patton's Obituary
Angel Alexandra Patton, 51, of Hesperia, Michigan, entered into the arms of her savior, Jesus Christ, on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, with her beloved daughter Lilly by her side.
Born on July 7, 1974, Angel was the daughter of the late Edward Proulx and Sunday Piper. Angel was a proud mother and grandmother and a devoted Christian who found joy and comfort in reading her Bible. She thoroughly enjoyed cleaning and was known for her generous spirit, always striving to please others. She lived simply, finding happiness in spending time at home, reading, and shopping for her grandchildren. She had a special fondness for Pepsi and the music of Bret Michaels.
Angel will be deeply missed by her significant other, Sean Dodge; her mother, Sunday Piper; her children, Fawn (Jeffrey) Howard, Amber (Emanuel) Mwingira, and Scott Patton Jr. Her youngest daughter Lilly Dodge entered heaven with Angel, where both were greeted by Angel’s daughter and Lilly’s sister, Brittney Patton. She is also
survived by her siblings, Justin Versluis, Sondra Piper, and Scott Green; her best friend Louise Viveros; and her goddaughter Jay Hommerson. Angel also leaves behind four beloved grandchildren: Serenity, Vinzent, Audria, and Darius.
In lieu of flowers, the family appreciates prayers and any requests that contributions be directed to Janowicz Family Funeral Home (9977 W. Howard City - Edmore Rd. Lakeview, MI 48850). A private burial will be held at Pierson Township Cemetery, where daughter Brittney is also laid to rest. Care and arrangements have been entrusted to Janowicz Family Funeral Home-Lakeview.
