Six Lakes-Ann Shirley (Wirtz) Pool, age 75, of Six Lakes passed away March 5, 2018, at Kelsey Hospital, Lakeview. Shirley was born June 26, 1942 to James and Florence (Erickson) Wirtz in Fargo North Dakota. On December 15, 1962 she married the love of her life, Nile R. Pool, in Six Lakes. She loved traveling with Nile, singing, cake decorating, playing the accordion and her great passion for writing.
Shirley is survived by her husband, Nile R Pool, son, Al (Chris) Pool, daughter, Susie Pool-Vogelsong and Bill Muller, Grandchildren, Lacy Vogelsong and Kevin Howe, Ash Suddaby, Daniel Pool, Angela (Steven) Pender, and Joseph Pool.
She is proceeded in death by her parents and two brothers, Roger and Larry.
Services for Shirley will be Friday, March 9, 2018 at 11:00 AM at the Brigham Chapel, Six Lakes. Visitation will be at 10:00 AM until time of service.
