Audrey Marion Quisenberry's Obituary
Audrey Marion Quisenberry age 94, passed away at Spectrum Health Kelsey Hospital, Lakeview, Michigan. Audrey was born April 1, 1921 in Milton Township, Michigan, the daughter of Rev. Lynn and Pearl (Radcliffe) Wright. She was united in marriage to James D. Quisenberry on August 10, 1945 in Barrington, MI; he preceded her in death on Oct. 23, 1999.
Audrey was employed with Farm Bureau for many years before her retirement in 1984. She was a longtime member of the M-46 Tabernacle Church; where she started and organized the M-46 Food Pantry. Audrey was also a part of the Gleaners Insurance Company. She enjoyed cooking for friends and family. Audrey loved entertaining and planning parties. In her younger years she also enjoyed cake decorating. But most of all enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Audrey will be dearly missed by her family and will be patiently waiting for them in heaven.
Audrey is survived by her children; Daryl and wife Beth, Gary and wife Julia and Gregg and wife Rose, grandchildren; Zeke, Zebulon, Sarah, Magan, Jacob and Rebekah, great-grandchildren; Peyton, Quinn, Raylan and Kayden, sister; Arlynn Welch, brother and sister in-law; Dwight and wife Norma Quisenberry, sister in-law; Nora Quisenberry and many nephews and nieces.
A Celebration of Life Service will take place Friday, October 23, 2015 at 1:00 PM from the M-46 Tabernacle Church with Pastor Dan Skirvin to officiate. Visitation will also be on Friday, October 23, 2015 from the M-46 Tabernacle Church from 12:00 PM until the time of service. A private interment will take place in Hill Crest Cemetery, Six Lakes, MI. Those planning a memorial contribution are asked to consider M-46 Tabernacle Church or the wishes of the Quisenberry family.
