Baby Paisley Leia Massengill's Obituary
Baby Paisley Leia Massengill, age 4 months, went into the arms of our Heavenly Father unexpectedly on Wednesday, February 08, 2017 in Carson City, Michigan. Paisley was born October 13, 2016 in Carson City, Michigan the daughter of Jonathan and Alexis (Moore) Massengill.
Paisley was the light of her parents' life. She was always smiling and so happy. Paisley loved listening to music with her father and wiggling around and dancing as much as she was able to. She also loved his bright neon colored shirts. Paisley brought so much joy into her parents' lives. She would sit and jabber on and have a conversation with anyone that was willing to listen to her. But most of all she loved her brother Ayden; if she was in a grumpy mood all he would have to do is enter the room and she would light right up. Her family referred to Paisley as being "The Angel in training". Paisley was definitely an Angel and a true blessing from Heaven above.
Paisley is survived by her loving parents; Jonathan and Alexis of Crystal, MI, her adoring brother; Ayden of Crystal, MI, maternal grandmother; Christina Moore of Stanton, MI, paternal grandparents; Jim and Crystal Massengill, Jr. of Lima, Ohio, great-grandparents; Ronald and Karen Karp of Stanton, MI, Don and Edith Lance of Piqua, Ohio and June Carling of Auburn, MI, aunts and uncles; James and Amber Massengill, Amy and Danny Jewell, Donnie and Megan Massengill and Stephanie Moore and fiancé Brennan DeRaad. Paisley was preceded in death by a great-grandfather; James Massengill Sr. and a great-great-grandfather; Leonard Youker.
