Betty Ann Erno's Obituary
Betty Ann Erno, age 81, of Lakeview, Michigan passed away on Wednesday, January 31, 2018. Betty was born on May 15, 1936 in Corunna, Michigan the daughter of William Frederick Klatt and Elizabeth Cramer. Betty was raised in Corunna and attended Kirby School. Betty retired from Montabella Schools as a custodian. She married Rodney Erno on November 3, 1956 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Owosso, Michigan. Betty enjoyed sewing, baking, making fresh homemade bread, fishing, picking black caps in the woods, picking up hickory nuts, yard work and pulling pranks on her family.
Betty will be deeply missed by her four children Katherine(Marty) Best of Wyoming, Michigan, Linda Dumond of Caribou, Maine, Shelley(Joe) Guild of Sidney, Michigan, and Valerie(Ken) Binge of Edmore, Michigan; grandchildren Christopher Best, Libby Best, Bryce(Logan) Dumond, Laticia(Andrew) Byram, Jesse Guild, Kylie Guild, AJ Guild, Kenny(Wendy) Binge, Amanda Raglin, and Samantha(Ryan) Willemstein; great-grandchildren Abigail, Liam, Ryan, Ashlyn, Hannah, Trent, Tyler, Kylei, Karli; siblings Richard(Stacy) Klatt of New Lothrop, Michigan, Robert(Connie) Klatt of Owosso, Michigan, Diana Jacobs of Mt. Morris, Michigan.
Betty was preceded in death by her husband Rodney Erno; parents William and Elizabeth Klatt, son in law Brian Dumond, grandson Joseph Guild; brothers Bill Klatt, Ted Klatt, Ed Klatt, and brother in law Milford Jacobs.
Visitation will take place Saturday, February 3, 2018 from 9:30am to 12:30pm at St. Frances de Sales Catholic Church in Lakeview, Michigan. Funeral Service with Rev. James VanderLaan officiating will begin following visitation at 12:30pm. Following the graveside service in the village of Lakeview Cemetery there will be a luncheon at the Brigham Funeral Chapel in Lakeview.
