Betty Lou Haybarker's Obituary
Betty Lou Haybarker, age 79, of Big Rapids passed away Wednesday, December 19, 2012. She was born January 18, 1933 in Lansing, MI., the daughter of Clare and Gertrude (Yost) Youngs. Betty was a loving mother and grandmother. She is survived by two sons; Douglas (Brenda) Haybarker of Camby, IN, Ron (Linda) Haybarker of Madison AL, four grandchildren; Doug's children Amy (John) Haywood, Kelly (Ryan) Kough, Ron's children Sarah (Jon) Barrett, Jennifer (Charles) Martin and six great-grandchildren. Also surviving are seven brothers and sisters; Marilyn, Jack, Susie, Jane, Dale, Roger and Ruth plus many nieces and nephews. Betty was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Steve and Jim. Funeral services for Betty will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 22, 2012 at the Mohnke Funeral Home with Pastor Becky Morrison officiating. Betty's family will greet friends beginning at 10:00 a.m. until service time. Interment will be at Vinewood Cemetery in Edmore. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Mecosta County Commission on Aging.
