Beulah Mildred (Wright) Griswold's Obituary
Beulah Mildred (Wright) Griswold, age 88, of Lakeview, Michigan, passed away June 30, 2015, at Spectrum Health Kelsey Long Term Care in Lakeview, Michigan. Beulah was born on April 14, 1927, the daughter of LG and Mildred (Clark) Wright. She was raised in Lakeview and attended Lakeview Public Schools. Beulah married George Avery Griswold on April 30, 1946 in Hinton Township at Reverend Oscar Allen's home. She was a member of the Windy Corners Women's Club and the VFW Post # 3701 Ladies Auxiliary. Beulah enjoyed yard sales, car rides, playing bingo, and dancing.
Beulah will be missed by one son Frank L. (Sandra) Griswold of Sheridan; one daughter Marie J. (James) Hoolihan of Lakeview; three grandchildren Kristin (Joe) Hester, Chad Jensen, and Kim Jensen; eight great-grandchildren Kassidy and Riley Retersdorf, Johnny and Lily Hester, Kenidee and Bailey Jensen, and Nicole and Ashley Lewis; and one sister-in-law Bernadine Wright of Lakeview.
Beulah was preceded in death by her husband George Griswold; parents LG and Mildred Wright; and one brother Chuck Wright.
A Memorial Visitation in Beulah's memory will be held Sunday, July 5, 2015 at 4:00 P.M. at Brigham Funeral Chapel in Lakeview, Michigan.
