Bonnie Sue Schropp's Obituary
Bonnie Sue Schropp, age 65, passed away on Sunday, May 26, 2024, at Alma Hospital. Bonnie was born in Chicago, Illinois on February 6, 1959, to Martin and Irene Schropp. She and her significant other, Daniel Thomsen, were residents of Vestaburg, Michigan for 35 years. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, loved gardening and crafts, and she especially loved her Australian Shepherds.Bonnie is survived by her significant other of 34 years Daniel Thomsen, her sisters, Vicki Carpenter, Wendy Cairns and Jennie (Michael) Workman. Her nieces, Stephanie (Daniel) Zableckis, Janae (Alen) Zukanovic, Renee (Paul) Johnson and Bradley (Kellyn) Scheid. Great nieces and great nephews Madeline Zableckis, Daniel Zableckis III, Maya Gonzalez, Miguel Gonzalez, Gage Johnson, Landon Scheid and Ashlyn Scheid.Bonnie was preceded in death by her parents, Martin & Irene Schropp.In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you instead honor Bonnie's memory by planting a tree or flowers to help make the world a more beautiful place.The family will hold a memorial service at a later date.
