Brenda Sue West's Obituary
Brenda Sue (Minix) West, age 68, of Paris Michigan, passed on Monday January 6, 2025, at her home. Brenda was born March 6, 1956, in Mason Michigan. She married her husband, Raymond West, December 26, 1975. Brenda had worked for Walmart for 24 years, retiring in 2020. She loved to bake cookies for her coworkers and loved ones, along with deviled eggs for gatherings. She had also loved gardening and watching the birds outside and going on casino trips with her friend. Brenda loved her family most of all.
Brenda will be missed by her children Susan (Marvin) Holliday of Lakeview Michigan, and Jessica (Kody) Wilcox of Amarillo Texas. Her sisters Luanne (Darrell) Beardslee, Tamara (Dan) Boddy, Tina Minix, and Jennifer (Mark) Weidel. Grandchildren Jacob (Kenna) Holliday, Aleah Holliday, Matthew (LaShea) Holliday, and Justin Holliday. Great Grandchildren Krew Holliday and Amelia Holliday, along with many nieces, and nephews.
Brenda was preceded in death by her husband Raymond West, her parents Hobert and Janet Minix, and her brother Roger Minix.
Funeral services for Brenda will take place Friday January 10, 2025 at Brockway Wesleyan Church. Visitation will take place from 11 to 12 and the service at 12. A luncheon will follow after the service.
