Brian Clark Wheeler Jr.'s Obituary
Lakeview- Brian Clark Wheeler Jr., age 59, of Lakeview passed away surrounded by his loved ones on Monday, April 1, 2024. He was born on October 20, 1964, in Greenville, Michigan. Brian is the son of Brian Clark Wheeler Sr. and Linda Ann Mckinley. Brian was raised in Greenville and attended Greenville public school as well as Rockford public school. During his early school years, he enjoyed boy scouts and being a leader for his classmates. Brian went on to join the Army National Guard briefly before moving on to construction, serving as a volunteer firefighter through the Village of Lakeview and later went on to truck driving, which he was very passionate about for many years. He finished his working career as a farmer for Crawford farms and nothing made him happier than spending his farming days on the back roads showing his children the ways of farming and teaching them how to drive. He enjoyed his leisure time with his children and grandchildren making memories and sharing laughs. Anyone who knew Brian knows he often enjoyed sitting in the sunshine listening to his favorite music while sipping on a cold one.Brian is survived and will forever be missed by his four loving children, Jason Michael Wheeler of Coral, Mi, Amanda Kaye Wheeler of Greenville, Mi, Justin Clark Wheeler of Cedar Springs, Mi, and Brianna Jo Olds of WA State; 10 grand-children who he loved very much, Shelby (yankster) Rausch, Xander Gibbons, Brailynn Wheeler, Gavin Olds, Cortana Wheeler, Owen Wheeler, Natalie Wheeler, Abby Wheeler, Zoey Wheeler, and Chloe Wheeler; 3 siblings, Scott Wheeler of Grand Rapids, Mi, Michelle Sisson of Trufant, Mi, Tara Van Houten of Allendale, Mi.Brian is preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm Friday, April 12, 2024, at Brigham Funeral Chapel in Lakeview with Pastor Carrie Stanley officiating. The family will greet loved ones beginning as early as 12pm until service begins at 1pm. A celebration of life is to follow at the Coral Community Center (food provided) promptly after his service ends.
