Brittney Nicole Patton, age 22, of Holton passed away Friday, March 13, 2020 at Spectrum Health Blodgett Hospital in Grand Rapids, MI. Brittney was born July 9, 1997 in Grand Rapids, MI, the daughter of Scott Alan Patton Sr. and Angel Alexandra Patton (Proulx). Brittney was raised in Pierson, Sparta, and Holton. She also lived in California for a few years and enjoyed the sun and relief from her allergies. Brittney loved listening to music and spending time with her mom Angel. They were each other's whole world and she was very loved.
Brittney is survived by her parents; Angel Patton of Holton and Scott Alan Patton Sr. (Suzanne) of Pembine, Wisconsin, Siblings; Fawn Alexis Patton (Jeffrey) of Pembine, Wisconsin, Amber Lynn Patton of Grand Rapids, Scott Alan Patton Jr. of Grand Rapids, Lilly Luella May Dodge of Holton, grandparents; Gary and Donna Patton of Coral, Sunday Piper of Grand Rapids, Edward Proulx of Grand Rapids, and many aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, and cousins.
A funeral service for Brittney will take place Thursday, March 19, 2020 at the Brigham Funeral Chapel in Lakeview at 2 pm. The family will receive the comfort of friends at a visitation an hour prior to the service. Brittney will be interred at the Pierson Cemetery. A luncheon will be held at the Pierson Village Hall in Pierson, MI. Brittney's grandfather Minister Gary Patton and her sister Amber Patton will be officiating her service. Memorial contributions may be made out to the family or via Brittney's GoFundMe.
