Carol Sue Christensen's Obituary
Carol Sue Christensen, age 69 of Trufant, passed away on August 11, 2024, with her family by her side. She was born in Traverse City, Michigan on January 13, 1955, the daughter of Natalie and Max Middaugh.Carol loved to paint and often gifted her paintings to those she loved. She also had a passion for monarch butterflies.Carol is proceeded in death by her parents, Natalie and Max Middaugh along with her younger brother, William Middaugh and brother-in-law, Paul Reichardt.She is survived by her husband, Allen; son, Scott (Emily) Christensen; sisters, Marian Reichardt of Ontonogan, Marty (Robert) Seid of Ontonogan, Marilyn Gassel of Manton; brother, Richard (Linda) Middaugh of Fife Lake, Michigan, along with several nieces, nephews, and special friend, Summer Reiser of Charlotte, Michigan. Carol had several close friends, too many to mention, but you know who you are.A memorial service for Carol will be held at 11AM on Saturday, September 21, 2024, at Lighthouse Church in Stanton, Michigan. The family will greet guests from 10AM until the time of service. Carol requested in lieu of flowers that you donate to a place dearest to you.
