Charlene Hansen's Obituary
Big Rapids - Charlene J. Hansen, 54, of Morley, passed away Tuesday, April 4, 2017, at Metron of Big Rapids. She was born April 21, 1962, in Riverside, CA, the daughter of Joseph and Juanita (Bentley) Stahle, and grew up in Wyoming, MI. In her late teen's, Charlene moved to Mecosta County, where she had lived since. Char was a very strong woman, and was a loving and protecting mother and grandmother. She was artistic by nature, loved to sing and play guitar, enjoyed bingo, and just enjoyed having a good time. She is survived by her children, Charlene (Zaedyn Bowlin) Burch of Rockford, Brian Maguire of Kansas, and Amber Aldrich of Oklahoma; her mother Juanita Crooks of Morley; her stepmother Laura Stahle of Cedar Springs; 11 grandchildren, Jared, Zachariah S., Seth, Jennifer, Zachariah W., Kyliana, Exabien, Jamilla, Naomi, Gavin, and Oakley; brothers Lester Stahle of Morley, and Gaylord Lee Stahle of Grand Rapids; step-sisters Tonya Britton of Comstock Park, and Cheryl Lackey of Flint; step-brothers Drew Cassidy of Cedar Springs, and Jeff Cassidy of Rockford; 2 special nephews, Kyle and Brandon Stahle, who she helped to raise; and several other nieces, nephews, and cousins. Charlene was preceded in death by her father Joseph A. Stahle, and her brother Joseph E. Stahle.Family committal services will be in the Grandville Cemetery, where Charlene will be laid to rest next to her father. A celebration of life will be held at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, April 8th, 2017 at Evergreen Village on Milton Street in Big Rapids.
