Clarabel Marie Swarts' Obituary
Lakeview - Claribel Marie Swarts age 88, of Stanton, Michigan
passed away on Tuesday, February 14, 2017 at her son's home in
Cottonwood California. She was born February 02, 1929 in Greenville,
MI, the daughter of Donald Maxwell and Clara Mildred (Waldron)
Bishop. Claribel enjoyed drawing, writing and telling her childhood
stories to her family. She loved spending time with family and friends.
Claribel was preceded in death by her parents Donald and Clara Bishop;
Her husband, Charles David Swarts; one child Bruce Daniel Swarts; one brother Vernon Bishop and a sister Joyce Freeman. Two daughter-in-laws, Madelyn and Connie Swarts; One son-in-law Harvey Jenkins.
She will be missed by her children Carol Jenkins, James Swarts and Darlene (Roger) Stewart;
Her grandchildren: Becky (Aylx) Swarts, Christopher Swarts, Steven Dockham Jr., Scott (Kim) Dockham, Shawn (Shannon) Dockham, Jimmy Reed, Angela (Mark) Benn, Rainee Redman, Laura (Randy) Ledbetter, Roger (Kristin) Stewart, Rodney (Melodie) Stewart, and Nicole (Gus) Stewart. Twenty-one great grandchildren and five great, great grandchildren.
Claribel's Service will be held at the Seventh-Day Adventist Church in
Lakeview, MI at 11:00 AM with visitation held one hour prior. A
luncheon will be held immediately following the service at the church.
