Danielle Riley's Obituary
Danielle Wesley Riley, age 20, of Six Lakes, MI, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Tuesday, June 28, 2016. Danielle was born October 28, 1995 in Grand Rapids, MI, the daughter of Michael Lee and Tracy Ann (VanderVeen) Riley. She was raised in Six Lakes and attended Montabella High School. Danielle loved being a part of the Montabella Cheer Team. She enjoyed reading, arts and crafts, and making jewelry. Danielle attended New Life United Methodist Church.
Danielle is survived in death by her loving parents Mike and Tracy Riley; grandparents Dan and Janice VanderVeen, and George and Evelyn Riley; aunts and uncles Lanny and Lynette VanderVeen, Troy VanderVeen, Tim and Tammy Slocum, Brian Riley and Gail Patterson; cousins Lanny and Alyson VanderVeen II, Ryan and Jill VanderVeen and Mason, Beth and Steve Spinner and Avery, Bekah Slocum; and special friends the Montabella Cheer Team.
Danielle was preceded in death by her grandmother Judy VanderVeen.
Funeral services for Danielle will be held Friday, July 1, 2016 at 1:00 pm at New Life United Methodist Church with Reverends Sue Babb and Larry Brown officiating. Visitation for Danielle will be Thursday, June 30, 2016 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at Brigham Funeral Chapel in Six Lakes, MI. A luncheon at New Life United Methodist Church will follow the graveside service at Hillcrest Cemetery in Six Lakes. Memorial contributions may be made to the Family of Danielle or DeVos Children's Hospital in Grand Rapids, MI.
