We are so sorry to hear of Dar's passing. We always admired Dar and Ruthie and the family they raised. They were both wonderful examples of Catholic Christians.

Darwin was a great man, husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. He was what all men should be. Love Dwayne and Michelle Smith.
We want to express our sincere condolences to Darwin Johnston's family. Our daughter, Julie, is married to Mr. Johnston's grandson, Jamy Johnston. Learning more about his life and significant influence, we're not surprised that Jamy is such a wonderful person, passing on his grandpa's legacy! Rick and family-My deepest sympathy on the death of your father. He sounds like a wonderful man. We are never old enough to lose our parents; may his memory be a blessing to you.
Many summers we camped near Six Lakes and so went to church on Sunday at st Margaret Mary where Dar served in one capacity or another ; and Vince enjoyed looking him up because they had " knowledge " of working at Hitachi together for years . PEACE in your loss
Just cannot believe our ole friend is gone.
I loved Dar like a Brother. We all had so many great times together. He was my guiding light for so many years at G.E./ H.M.C. The greatest of all people in my life.
His love and faith will be with me for the rest of my days. God bless my friend. Thank you for being such a great part of our lives.
