It is with heavy hearts, yet fond memories, that we announce the passing of David Alan Berryhill, age 42, who left us too soon on March 30, 2026. Born on December 20, 1983, David brought joy and laughter to all who had the pleasure of knowing him. A resident of Vestaburg, Michigan, he was a beloved friend, uncle, and cherished member of his family.
David was known for his infectious sense of humor and a spirit that could light up any gathering. He shared a special bond with his nieces, Ahvianna and Rayanna, whom he adored and loved to spoil with laughter and affection. His friends and cousins will forever treasure the countless hours spent fishing, talking, and laughing together.
He had a gift for making every moment enjoyable, whether he was out fishing, playing with RC cars, or simply spending time with those he loved. David had a way of turning ordinary days into unforgettable memories, always ready with a joke or a mischievous smile.Those who knew him will remember the many ways he brought joy into their lives. His absence will be deeply felt by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
David is survived by his mother, Teresa Allerding (John); his father, David Berryhill; his sister, Michelle Berryhill; his nieces, Ahvianna and Rayanna; and many cousins and friends who will carry his memory forward.
A memorial gathering to celebrate David’s life will be held on April 9, 2026, with visitation beginning at 2:00 p.m. and the service at 3:00 p.m. at Janowicz Family Funeral Home in Lakeview.
Family and friends are invited to come together to share stories, laughter, and memories—just as David would have wanted. In lieu of flowers, the family encourages acts of kindness and laughter in his memory, reflecting the spirit he shared so freely.
