I'm so sorry to hear of Dave's passing. I didn't find out about it until after the service or would have been there. He was a fine friend and neighbor and we always had nice visits when our trails crossed. I am so sorry to hear of Dave's death, so many fun memories from the years Dave played on Neil's softball team and the nickname the team gave Dave (Packo). He was such a good sport about everything. I am going to be out of town and can't attend his services but my thoughts and prayers will be with you and your family during the difficult days ahead.
I always loved watching football with Uncle Dave on Thanksgiving. I also still have all of the Alf, Indiana Jones, Harry and the Hendersons, and Ghostbusters collector card packs he gave me when I was a kid. I loved laughing to stories he would tell when the family would get together. He was a very giving and kind soul, and he will definitely be missed.
