Deborah "Debbie" Ann Brooks' Obituary
Deborah (Debbie) Ann Brooks, age 69, of West Branch, passed away May 28, 2020 at the McLaren Hospital in Bay City. She was born October 5, 1950 to Wendell and Bernice (Bryan) Laderoot in Wayne County, Michigan. Debbie and Harry Brooks were married June 28, 1968 in West Branch Michigan. Debbie lived in West Branch for 51 years. She was a homemaker all her life and loved children. Debbie enjoyed going to Mackinaw Island, playing bingo, doing word search, collecting jewelry, walking, and helping people. Her family was most important.
Debbie will be forever missed. She is survived by her sister Vicki Gilman, of Edmore Michigan, her brother Wendell Laderoot, of Las Vegas, many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and many friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents Wendell and Bernice Laderoot, and husband Harry Brooks.
A celebration of Debbie's life will take place on Sunday June 14, 2020 at 2:00 pm. It will be held at the Irons Park Pavilion, 335 Shrigley St., in West Branch Michigan. Family friend EJ Wolf will be officiating. Debbie will be buried at the St. Joseph Cemetery across from the Irons Park.
