Diana Lynn Miller's Obituary
age 66, of Stanton, passed away on Tuesday, June 9, 2015 at her home with family by her side. She was born on November 7, 1948 in Greenville, the daughter of Raymond Jesse and Delores Maxine (Ellafrits) Evans. Diana was raised in Lakeview and graduated from Lakeview High School Class of 1966.
Diana attended Ferris State University and graduated from Beauty College in Grand Rapids. She worked as a Beautician for more than twenty years. She was also employed by Keeler Brass in Grand Rapids over eight years. Diana married J. Marvin Miller on June 26, 1970 at her family farm Pleasant Valley Farms on Fitzner Road. They were married almost forty-five years.
Diana was an artist. She loved to paint. She also enjoyed crocheting, fishing, spending time on the lake, and liked to make her signature Peanut Butter Cookies. She loved her family and treasured the time she had to spend with them.
Diana will be missed by her husband J. Marvin Miller of Stanton; three children Sharon Kathleen Miller (Gordon Brower) of Barrow, AK, Nicholas J. (Renea) Miller of Rockford, and Benjamin J. (Samantha) Miller of Patterson, LA; three grandchildren London James, Sidney James, and Masen Miller; and one brother Danny "Dan" (Trudy) Evans of Stanton.
Diana was preceded in death by her parents Raymond and Delores Evans.
According to Diana's wishes, cremation has taken place and family will be having a private service on their own.
