Donna Lee Harrington's Obituary
Donna Lee (Brigham) Harrington, age 87, of Greenville passed away on Wednesday, September 6, 2023, with her family by her side at Mission Point of Greenville. She was born in Cadillac on October 18, 1935, the daughter of George and Myrtle (Reed) Brigham. Donna was raised in Cadillac where she attended school. She married Girard J. Harrington on December 31, 1954. Donna was employed as a waitress and manger of several area restaurants including Kenny's Bar, the Northside and the Wooden Keg. She was also the owner of Donna Lee Fashions in Grand Rapids. Donna loved spending time with her family and attending church. She enjoyed cooking, crocheting, and keeping up with the latest fashion trends. Donna is survived by her children, Rebecca (Perry) Kogelschatz of Rockford, Brad (Beverly) Harrington of Rockford, Jerry (Angie) Harrington of Grand Rapids, Jennifer Sherrick of Greenville, Jeff (Rhonda) Harrington of Belding, Shawn (Chris) Harrington of Greenville; 19 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and brothers, Dan (Yvonne) Brigham of Stanton, Larry Brigham of Greenville. She was preceded in death by her husband, Girard on April 21, 1984; son, Greg Harrington; parents, George and Myrtle; grandchildren, Chadwick P. Kogelschatz, Vadae Rose Harrington, Eric Harrington, Jason Sherrick; siblings, George Brigham, Doris Yeomans, Shirley Jones, and Jack, Julis and Richard Mansfield. A private family graveside service will take place at Forest Hill Cemetery in Stanton with Pastor Steve and Angie Bills officiating.
