So many wonderful memories of the summers spent with my grandparents in Lakeview. Many of those
memories include the relatives and the happy times we enjoyed at get togethers and family reunions. Dorita was always
so kind and such a beautiful smile that warmed all of our hearts. She will be sadly missed.

Dorita was a lovely woman, she was a favorite younger cousin of my mother Winifred Walsh Willis. Winnie and Russ could never say enough good things about her, her husband Jack and children. It was an "event" to drive from Lansing to her farm. I have great summer memories of her, my first time bareback horse riding with a neighbor boy, and staying at Aunt Nina and Uncle Pete's. Safe and simple times, they spoiled me rotten. I will miss writing to her. Her family is in my thoughts and prayers.
