Age 87, passed away Saturday, November 30th at her home in Mecosta. Dorothy was born January 25, 1926 to Samuel and Virginia LaMacchia (Coscarelli) in Lansing, MI. She was the salutatorian of her graduating class at Resurrection H Read Obituary
Dorothy was a very sweet & kind person. I considered her one of my good friends when we lived on Horsehead Lake & belonged to St. Michaels Church.
I just read about it in the Pioneer which we get a couple days late as we live in Dewitt now. Art & I both extend our sympathies to your entire family.

Dottie was my beloved sister-in-law . My memories of all our wonderful family times go way back. She was so dear and shall be missed by all of us
To Bill, Mary, Pat, Sue, and Maureen. Just found out about Dottie, when we got the Pioneer today. So sorry we missed the funeral. Your family was so good to me when I came to Big Rapids in April of 68 and to our family when they moved down from Gaylord that September. I consider it a "God Moment" when I came by East Bay in 82 and was able to take Dottie and Susan into Big Rapids. Your mother was a wonderful lady and will be missed. So thankful for the great memories.

Gannon kids, Dowayne and I filled with good memories of your mother and the kind lovely person she was on earth. My first real encounter with her was at a church fun day and I was 7 months pregnant for my 5th child. That was 50 years ago last August. I was cutting pies and your Mom thought I needed a break and ask me to go home with her as she had forgot her tickets for the raffle and needed some one to help her make them out also. We got to know each other and over the years became friends. She will be missed by many.
