Edward Frederick Mast's Obituary
Edward Frederick Mast, age 82, of White Cloud, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 3, 2025, at the Regency at Fremont.
He was born August 27, 1942, in Belding, MI, the son of Jack and Esther (Geiger) Mast. He proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam era, and afterward dedicated over 35 years of his life as an inspector and machinist at Blackmer.
A man who loved the road and the freedom of the outdoors, Ed spent countless miles traveling in an RV with his wife, Konnie. Together, they embraced a spirit of adventure—exploring new places, riding motorcycles, and off-roading in their Jeep.
Ed will be lovingly remembered by his sisters, Jeannie Freybler and Denise Mast; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Gary (Doreen) Lape and Jerry (Laura) Lape; his children, Jim Brown, Nicholas Mast, and Alexis (Dan) Sullivan; stepchildren, Ron (Elizabeth) Snider and Wayne (Mary) Snider; grandchildren, Alex (Lonnie) Snider, Kate (Clay) Darrow, and Emily, Madeline, and Ella Livingston, Evan and Desmond; and great-grandchildren, Madyson, Gracen, Louie, and Everleigh.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Konnie, on May 10, 2025, and by his parents.
A celebration of Ed’s and Konnie’s life will be held at a later date. Share a memory or express condolences at mohnkefuneralhome.com.
