? ? Elinor Larsen Spalo, 82 of Zephyrhills, Florida, passed away on April 12, 2011 after a short illness. She was born on June 19, 1928 in Woodville, Michigan, daughter of Albert and Ethel (Schooley) Larsen. Elinor was formerly of Grand Rapids where she owned and operated Spalos Beauty Salon on Plainfield Avenue, Grand Rapids. Elinor is survived by daughter, Conchetta Spalo and son Charles Spalo Jr., a brother John Larsen; two sisters, Helen Thompson and Louise Larsen and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services for Elinor will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, April 16, 2011 at the Mohnke Funeral Home in Big Rapids with Pastor Ryan Shrable officiating. Visitation will be Friday 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Woodville Cemetery.
