Eliza "Jean" Antcliff's Obituary
Eliza "Jean" Antcliff age 75, of Vestaburg passed away, early Friday morning, July 08, 2016 at Spectrum Health-Butterworth Hospital, Grand Rapids, MI. Eliza was born on November 14, 1940 in Portland, Michigan the daughter of Rubert and Leda (Washburn) Wellman. She was united in marriage to Dean Wrisley on November 5, 1957 in Montcalm County; he preceded her in death on January 10, 1992. Eliza was united in marriage to Michael Antcliff on June 25, 1994 in Vestaburg, Michigan. Jean enjoyed gardening, flowers, canning, camping, and watching the birds. But most of all Jean enjoyed spending time with her family, having get-togethers and baking for them. "She became an angel, so momma, fly high with your wings. We love you and we will miss you dearly."
Jean is survived by her loving husband, Mike, of Six Lakes, children; Joanna (Dennis Burns) Wrisley of Edmore, Jimmy Wrisley of Six Lakes, Tim (Patty) Wrisley of Edmore, Carl (Kimberly) Wrisley of Edmore, Kurt (Cherylene) Wrisley of Edmore and Linda Allbee of Vestaburg, step-children; Diana (John Hoitinga) Antcliff of Edmore, Michael (Joy) Antcliff of Alma, Timmy Antcliff of Crystal and J.R. Antcliff of MI, 20 grandchildren; numerous great and great-great grandchildren; 7 sisters; Nancy (George) Dunivon of Mason, MaryAnne Gould of Robertsdale, AL, Bobbi Johnston of Edmore, Ethel Goforth of Riverdale, Lola Beach of Sheridan, Janice (Steven) Payne of Rialto, CA and Paula (Doug) Collins Mohave Valley, AR, several nieces and nephews and her 2 dogs and cat. Jean was preceded in death by her parents; husband Dean and brother Sonny Wellman
Funeral Services for Jean will take place Monday, July 11, 2016 at 1:00PM at the Ferris Church of Christ, 3443 N. Crystal Rd. Vestaburg, 48891, with Pastor Josh Rude to officiate. Interment to follow in Hill Crest Cemetery, Six Lakes, MI. Visitation will also take place Monday, July 11, 2016 from 12:00PM until the time of service. Those planning a memorial contribution are asked to consider the Wishes of the Antcliff family c/o Mike Antcliff.
