Floyd Charles Kennedy, 81, of Edmore, Michigan, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 15th, 2025, surrounded in love by his devoted wife of 56 years, Diana (Waters) Kennedy, and their four daughters.Floyd was a proud U.S. Marine who volunteered to serve in Vietnam, exemplifying courage and commitment to his country. A cancer survivor since 2001, faced life's challenges with strength and resilience.He found joy in the simple pleasures of life-fishing, woodworking, reading, and the occasional trip to the casino. Floyd especially cherished the holidays, when his home was filled with laughter, warmth, and the love of his growing family.He is survived by his beloved wife, Diana; his daughters Karrie (Ron) Sellers, Shannen (Trevor) Pendell, Kaci Kennedy, and Brandi (Dan) Ingles; his grandchildren Brandon (Arianna), Britney (Alex), Lia, Logan, Lucas, Locklyn, Brooke, Ashley, Keagan, Seth, Madyson, Trey, Evelyn, and Lane; and five great-grandchildren who brought him endless joy.Floyd's legacy of love, strength, and family will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
