Franklin Elmer Manners, age 65 of Vestaburg; passed away peacefully at MyMichigan Medical Center in Alma, surrounded by his loving Family.Frank was born on December 28, 1957 in Ann Arbor, Michigan to Elmer and Doris (Stillian) Manners.Those that knew Frank would say that he was an incredible guy with a big heart and a great sense of humor. He loved to tell jokes and prank people. He really enjoyed making people laugh.He loved his Family more than anything, including his two dogs Coach & Rebel, as well as his cats.Frank enjoyed being outdoors and loved tinkering with stuff. He liked to sing karaoke. He loved football and had three favorite teams: Dallas Cowboys, Indianapolis Colts and Tennessee Titans.Frank (and Steph) attended Rock Lake Bible Methodist Church in Vestaburg.Frank is survived by his Wife of 14 years, Stephanie of Vestaburg; Children - Franklin, Shannon and Philip; Grandchildren - Alora, Elizabeth, Kira & Tristen, Alexia & Elizabeth, Matthia and Adrianna; Siblings - Philip (Christina) of Dexter, MI, Wes (Beth) of Kentucky, Junior; Special Friend - Fred, many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Friends.Frank was proceeded in death by his Parents, a Son - Dallas, Siblings - Darryl (Rose), Michael and Mother in law - Joanna.There will be a memorial service for Frank on Saturday, June 24th at 11 am at the Rock Lake Bible Methodist Church, 8101 Pine Grove Rd North in Vestaburg, with Pastor Blake Jones officiating. There will be a meal provided, by the Ladies of the Church, immediately after the Service.Burial will take place at the cemetery in Six Lakes at a later date.
