Fred Earl Peacock's Obituary
Frederick “Fred” Earl Peacock, beloved brother and cousin, was born into eternal life on May 9, 2022. Some might’ve thought he had a disability, but this “disability” allowed him to see life through the eyes of a child for 68 years. His innocence and humor were a treasure, and brought so much light and love to those lucky enough to know him.
Fred was born September 2, 1953, to Franklin and Pearl “Tillie” (Colbath) Peacock, in Tawas, MI.
Although Fred didn't have a very wide variety of interests, he had a love for food, teasing others, and most important of all, money. He carried his wallet with him and enjoyed showing off his dollars to anyone that would look.
Everyone who crossed Fred's path during his life absolutely adored him. He would often banter with people, using the words "you gonna get it", while pointing his unsteady finger at them.
Today he joins his grandparents, parents, brother, aunts, uncles, and several other family members in Heaven. He leaves behind a sister, Louella (Peacock) Johnson, one niece, two nephews and numerous cousins who will miss him dearly.
A Celebration of Fred’s life will take place this summer.
Those desiring may direct memorial contributions to the Ausable-Oscoda Historical Society at 114 E River Rd, Oscoda, MI 48750.
