Gary L. Hansen's Obituary
Vestaburg - Gary Lee Hansen, age 65, of Vestaburg, Michigan, passed away Friday December 29, 2017 at his home. Gary was born in Alma, Michigan on August 9, 1952 to Theodore and Lila Jean (House) Hansen.
He was raised in the Vestaburg and Crystal areas and graduated from Central Montcalm High School in 1971. He enjoyed reading about history, watching westerns on TV, sending Christmas and birthday cards, playing cards with his family and friends, listening to the radio and doing odd jobs around the home.
He is survived his parents Theodore and Lila Hansen of Vestaburg, 2 sisters, Debra and Dennis Platt of Vestaburg, Tamara and Walter Bennefield of Lansing, 4 brothers, Phillip (Janice) Hansen of Sidney, Roger Hansen, and Terry Hansen both of Riverdale, Kevin and Glenda Hansen of Vestaburg, and several nieces and nephews.
Brigham Funeral Chapel is serving the family. Memorial Services for Gary will be held Saturday, January 6, 2018 at the Vestaburg Chapel, 6055 W. Howard City-Edmore Rd., Vestaburg, MI at 11:00 am with Pastor George Showers officiating.
