Gloria Ann "Fry" Bunker's Obituary
Lakeview - Gloria Ann "Fry" Bunker, age 77, of Morley passed away at her home on Sunday, October 25, 2020. She was born in Amble on December 5, 1942, the daughter of Arthur and Esther (Clark) Hubbard. Gloria was raised in the Amble area and attended Lakeview High School, graduating in 1960. She was self-employed as an Avon Lady when her children were young and later as a Home Health Care Aide for more than 10 years. She then began being a vendor at various local flea markets, where she met Samuel Bunker. They were married in 2003 in Stanton. Gloria enjoyed playing bingo, the casino, gardening, jig saw puzzles, canning and word search books. She loved being a wife and mother and spending time with her family.
Gloria will forever be missed and is survived by her husband of 17 years, Samuel C. Bunker; her children, James R. (Tonda)Talcott of Kentucky, Lori (Michael) Stevens of Edmore, Terri (John) Stratton of Morley, Arthur W. (Savannah) Fry of Coral; grandchildren, Randall Gast, Anissa Vera, Andrew Kallas, Cassie (Allen) Shattuck, Brennan Stevens, Austin Fry, Lindsey Fry, Cynthia Fry, Connor Stratton; 12 great-grandchildren; sister, Freda Castle of Pierson.
She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, George and Earl Hubbard, Esther Benjamin and Genevieve Sherman.
Funeral services for Gloria will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, October 30, 2020, at Brigham Funeral Chapel in Lakeview, with Pastor Dave Hansen officiating. Interment will follow in Reynolds Township Cemetery, Howard City. The family will greet friends on Thursday, October 29, from 5:00-7:00 PM at the chapel.
