Helen "Suzy" Jean Conklin's Obituary
Helen "Suzy" Jean Conklin, age 62 passed away unexpectedly Monday, May 30, 2016 at Covenant Healthcare, Saginaw, Michigan. Suzy was born on June 7, 1953 in Alma, Michigan the daughter of Bert and Henrietta (Christle) Wrisley. Suzy enjoyed hunting, fishing, singing, crocheting and watching the birds and squirrels out in her yard. She also enjoyed pulling pranks with her sister Rose. Suzy had a very kind heart; she would help anyone that was in need, even giving them a place to stay at times. But most of all Suzy loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them especially her grandchildren. She will be missed dearly.
Suzy is survived by her fiancée, William "Bill" Luscher of Vestaburg, a daughter; Kimberly Finch of Vestaburg, 5 grandchildren; Kelly (Luis) Santiago, Kendra Borton, Bryon "Blue" VanHorn Jr. Shelby VanHorn and Shayle VanHorn all of Vestaburg, great-grandchildren; Tito, Rayne and Grayson, brothers and sister; John Wrisley Sr. of Adrian, Michael Wrisley of Vestaburg and Rose Patch of Vestaburg and numerous nieces and nephews. Suzy was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral Service for Suzy will take place Thursday, June 2, 2016 at 11:00AM from the Seville Church of God with Pastor George Showers to officiate. Visitation will also take place Thursday at the church from 10:00AM until the time of service. Final committal services to follow luncheon in Richland Township Cemetery. Those planning a memorial contribution are asked to consider "Wishes of the Family" In care of William Luscher.
