Herbert "Herb" A. Parsons, 84, of Big Rapids, passed away Wednesday, February 3, 2010 at home surrounded by his loving family.He was born August 29, 1925 in Holcombe, Wisconsin, the son of Harry C. and Mary Jane Inez (Aitken) Pars
