Holly Jo Holland's Obituary
Edmore-Holly Jo Holland, age 42, of Ashley passed into the arms of Lord on Wednesday, October 14, 2020 in her home, surrounded by her family. She was born in Carson City on July 31, 1978, the daughter of Terry Holland and Cindy Vining. Holly was raised in the Middleton area and graduated from Fulton Public School with the class of 1996. She was employed by the US Postal Service and previously by International Automotive Components. Even as a child Holly was very selfless, always putting the needs of others before herself. She loved spending time with her family and friends, fishing, hunting, camping, traveling, and especially being a true fan of the Detroit Lions. She will be deeply missed by everyone who knew her.
Holly is survived by her parents, Terry (Brenda) Holland of Ithaca and Cindy Vining of Ashley; grandmother, Betty Zerba-Holland of Sidney; brother, Jorden (Amy) Holland of Carson City; sister, Justine (Dustin) Satterlee of Carson City, Heidi (Brian) Lauer of Coopersville, Brandon (Jennifer) Hull of Ithaca; uncle, Doug Vining; aunts, Tammy Cilibraise, Timberly Smith and Sally Vining; nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, James "Jim" Holland Jr., Minor Dewey Vining and Marva May "Teasie" Vining-Cole.
A celebration of Holly's life will be held at 4:00 PM on Saturday, October 24, 2020 at the Alma Elks Lodge #1400, with Pastor Larry Austin Officiating.
Those wishing to make a donation in Holly's memory are asked to consider C. S. Mott Children's Hospital in Ann Arbor.
At the family's request, flower deliveries should be directed to the Alma Elks Lodge for the service.
