Jackie Kay Gachter's Obituary
Jackie Kay Gachter, age 54 of Sheridan passed away unexpectedly Sunday November 13, 2016. Jackie was born September 15, 1962, in Saginaw, Michigan the daughter of Robert and Pauline Carman Sr. Jackie had a love of animals; especially horses. She was extremely gifted in raising and training them. She loved going to tractor shows, baking, canning and farming. But most of all she loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them whenever she could. Jackie will be dearly missed.
Jackie is survived by her best friend and companion; Doug Haney, her children; Erin Jo Gachter, Terry J. (Ashley) Gachter JR. and Troy Allen (Jessica) Gachter, grandchildren; Bailey Jo Alexis Gachter, Kayden Robert Gachter, Emily Rose Gachter, Kaylee Kelsey and TJ Gachter, mother; Pauline Carman, brothers and sisters; Debbie Lee, Terry Robert Carman, Scott Carman, Georgann Baldwin, Robert Leon Carman Jr. and Ralland Carman, several nieces, nephews and great friends. Jackie was preceded in death by her father, Robert Sr. and her very dear friend (her 2nd mom) Fannie Fields.
Funeral Services for Jackie will take place Friday, November 18, 2016 at 12:00 PM from Brigham Funeral Chapel-Edmore with Ivan Palmer to officiate. Followed by burial in Evergreen Cemetery, Sheridan, MI. Visitation will also take place Friday from 11:00 AM until the time of services. Those planning a memorial contribution are asked to consider the wishes of the family, In Care of Doug Haney.
