James Marcus Marshall's Obituary
Six Lakes - James Marcus Marshall, age 94, life-long resident of Six Lakes, MI, went to his heavenly home April 9, 2018. He was born April 17, 1923, the son of Orville and Beulah (Allison) Marshall. Jim worked at numerous jobs throughout his lifetime including Flint Buick, the Heinz Pickle Company in Lakeview, and as the sexton of Hillcrest Cemetery in Six Lakes for many years. His hobbies included wood working, gardening, and raising chickens. He enjoyed walking or riding his lawn mower down the streets of Six Lakes over many years.
He is survived by his brother, Stan Marshall; Sister-in-Law, Lanor Marshall; several nephews, nieces, and other loving Fountain and Marshall family members and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Orville and Beulah Marshall; a brother, Donnie and sister; Mildred (Mid) Higgins.
Services for James will be at the Six Lakes Chapel on Saturday, April 14, 2018 at 11:00 AM with visitation from 9:30 AM until time service.
