Jan Meeuwenberg's Obituary
Big Rapids Jan A. Meeuwenberg, age 71, of White Cloud passed away Wednesday, March 30, 2011 at Metron of Big Rapids. He was born November 27, 1939 in Fremont, Michigan, the son of Jon and Yevonne (Collins) Meeuwenberg. Jan is survived by one daughter, Gretchen Meeuwenberg of White Cloud, one brother, Jerry (Susan) Meeuwenberg of Nunica, nephew Jon (Lynn) Meeuwenberg of Fruitport, former wife and dear friend, Linda Meeuwenberg of Cape Canaveral, Florida plus his beloved dog, Teeva. Jan retired after more than 25 years as an employment counselor for area MESC offices where he helped many hundreds of people gain employment. A memorial gathering for Jan will be 1:00 pm Saturday, April 12, 2011 at the residence of Wayne Batch, 4467 E. 6 Mile, White Cloud For those planning a memorial in Jans memory, please consider the needs of his family.
