Janet Darlene Hein's Obituary
Surrounded by family, our beloved wife, mother and grandmother, Janet Hein, entered into eternal rest October 11, 2021. She was 68 years old. Services for Janet will be held at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Remus. Visitation will be held Friday, October 15 from 4pm-7pm. The service will be held Saturday, October 16 at 11am with a visitation starting at 10am.
Janet was born July 27, 1953 to parents Arley and Helen Kendall. In 1975, Janet and her sweetheart, Dan Hein, were married. The two of them enjoyed their time together traveling The United States with friends on their Harleys and taking in every beautiful sight the open road had to offer. Her greatest joy in life was her grandchildren. Janet adored, spoiled, and encouraged her grandkids at every opportunity that arose. She cultivated many lifelong friendships while working at Evart Products, and was widely known for her famous potato salad. Janet was a long time member at St. Paul Lutheran Church, where she became very involved with many different ministries. When it comes down to it, Janet’s life can be summed up with one word, love.
Janet was preceded in death by her parents, Arley and Helen Kendall; and her brother, Marvin Kendall.
Left to cherish her vibrant memory is her husband of 46 years, Dan Hein; son, Christopher (Leslie) Hein; grandchildren, Ashleigh (Jordan) Battle, Kaylee Hein, Blace Hein; brothers, Gary (Judy) Kendall, Mike (Lori) Kendall, Dave (Alisha) Kendall; and
sister, Rita (Tony) Gilman.
In lieu of flowers, those desiring may direct memorial contributions to St. Paul Lutheran Church in Remus.
