Janette A. McComb's Obituary
Edmore -Janette Agnes McComb, age 74, of Six Lakes, passed away on Tuesday, May 30, 2017 after a courageous battle with pulmonary fibrosis. Janette was born October 9, 1942 in Lakeview, MI the daughter of Olin and Agnes (Outman) Wymer. Janette married Wallace William McComb on July 14, 1962 at the Edmore Methodist Church. She enjoyed reading, cross-word puzzles, summers on the deck at the cottage, and being a grandmother. She also loved her time with family and friends, sometimes offering sage advice, but always giving a listening ear.
She will be deeply missed by her husband of 55 years, Wallace "Wally"; daughter, Pamela McComb; son, Mark (Debbie) McComb; grandsons, Hunter McComb and Alex McClellan; brothers, Gale (Agnes) Wymer and Toby Wymer; sisters-in-law, Louanne Wymer and Janice Urie.
Janette was preceded in death by her parents Olin and Agnes Wymer; and two brothers Larry and Jack Wymer.
Funeral services for Janette will be Saturday, June 3, 2017 at 1:00 PM, at Brigham Funeral Chapel in Edmore, MI. The family will accept friends on Friday, June 2, 2017 from 5:00-7:00 PM at the funeral home. Those wishing to contribute in Janette's memory are asked to consider the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association. Burial will be in Vinewood Cemetery.
