Jaxon Lee Monjares' Obituary
Edmore-Jaxon Lee Monjares, age 11 months 3 weeks 6 days, of Edmore, passed away at Helen DeVos Children's Hospital in Grand Rapids on Wednesday, August 4, 2021. He was born in Alma on August 5, 2020, the son of Melissa Monjares and Rocky Fraser. Jaxon was a happy baby who loved to smile, snuggle his pillow and blanket at bedtime and play with his sisters. His favorite toy was a stuffed dragon that went everywhere with him. He will forever be his mommy's "McLuven".
Jaxon is survived by his parents Melissa Monjares and Rocky Fraser of Edmore; sisters, Guilana Allbee, Aurora Monjares-Fraser; grandparents, Lori and Chad Jones of Edmore, Rose Rocha of Alexandria, MN, and Joseph "Rock" Fraser of Gillette, WY; great- grandmother; Lorene Henderson; aunt, Lauren (John) Surmann of Chattanooga, TN; uncles, Adam Diehl, J. R. Diehl, Ry Fraser, Febronio "Poncho" Monjares, Mario Monjares.
Funeral services for Jaxon will be at 11:00 AM on Sunday, August 8, 2021, at Cedar Lake Seventh-day Adventist Church with Pastor Jacob Gibbs officiating. Interment will be immediately following at Cedar Lake Cemetery. The family will greet friends on Saturday August 7, from 6:00 - 8:00 PM at Brigham Funeral Chapel in Edmore.
