Jeannie Louise Stark Willette Turco's Obituary
White Cloud Jeannie Louise Stark Willette Turco, age 76 of Robinson Lake, White Cloud and Long Key, Florida, formerly of Big Rapids passed away Sunday, July 10, 2011 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born April 15, 1935 in Clarkston, MI, the daughter of Sidney and Dirkalein (Verwy) Stark. Jeannie graduated from Ferris State College where she was homecoming queen her senior year. Later at Ferris, she was a ground school flight instructor. She also worked for the Van Kula, Woodruff and WernetteLaw Office, Big Rapids Greenhouse and Oakmont Realty of Big Rapids. Jeannie is survived by Lewis, her husband of 27 years, four sons; Jim (Debra) Willette, John (Karen) Willette, Joe Willette and Jeff (Sherri) Willette; one daughter Lori Kieleszewski; one step-daughter Tia (Larry) Brown; one step-son Timothy (Pam) Turco; 19 grandchildren and five great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and one daughter, Linda Willette.Funeral Services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday July 14, 2011 at the Mohnke Funeral Home in Big Rapids, with Pastor Jeff Bowman of the White Cloud United Methodist Church and Fr. Peter Omogo officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
