Jerri Lynn Trippett's Obituary
Lakeview-Jerri Lynn (Smith) Trippett, age 60, of Bushnell, Nebraska passed away on Sunday, April 18, 2021 at her aunt's home in Lakeview, Michigan. She was born on April 4, 1961 in Greenville, the daughter of Marvin and Alice (Mathre) Smith. Jerri was raised in the Battle Creek area and graduated from Ithaca High School in 1979. She continued her education at Argubright Business College, earning her Associates Degree in Business. She was employed as an office assistant at Denso Manufacturing for 18 years and as a CNA at Kimball County Manor for two years. Jerri was married in August of 1998 to Dave Trippett in Parkersburg, WV. She was always happy and enjoyed dancing, traveling, camping, playing darts and horseshoes, and going to the casino. Jerri loved her family dearly and cherished the time spent with them.
Jerri will forever be missed and is survived by her children, Krystal (Chad) Smith of Battle Creek, Maranda Ford of Lansing, Ashlee Staup of Battle Creek, Adam Staup of Battle Creek; her husband, Dave; her mother, Alice; grandchildren, Brittany, Kayla, James, Shania, Bryce, Eleigha, Adrian, Paizleigh; great-granddaughter, Haydn; 2 brothers, Jack (Tracy) Smith of Texas, James Smith of Bushnell, NE; nieces, nephews and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Marvin J. Smith.
A memorial visitation will be held from 5:00-8:00 PM on Thursday, April 22, 2021 at Brigham Funeral Chapel in Lakeview.
