My internet search for an old friend was successful but very sad. So sorry was too late to reach out from the past.

Joan (Jo-An ) to me, was a good friend back in the early 60’s. Had a lot of fun together.
Video pictures were awesome.
Jo-an still had that beautiful smile.

I have lived across the street from Joan and Gordy for almost 8 years and just recently had the pleasure of having a conversation with Joan about the crows and other birds I feed in my yard and our shared annoyance with seasonal yard decorations and how the accumulate over the years. She seemed so sassy and spunky, the best kind of friend! I wish I’d have gone out of my way to get to know her better, I know we would have had a lot in common despite the age difference.
I am so sorry for your loss. I will think of her every Halloween when I’m putting up those dang yard decorations!
