Obituary
Edmore - Joan Kay (Lewis) Webster, age 64, of Crystal, passed away due to accidental circumstances, on Sunday, December 31, 2017. Joan was born on February 19, 1953, in Alma, MI, the daughter of Hubert and Wanda Lee (Curtis) Lewis. She was raised in the Alma and Sumner areas and graduated from Alma High School Class of 1971. Joan graduated from Nursing School in Grand Rapids, MI. She was employed by Alma Products and the Greenville Daily News, both for over fifteen years, until her retirement in 2016. She enjoyed puzzles, watching TV, movies, helping the store take the mail to the post office, playing cards, spending time with family and friends, grandbabies, and family functions.
She will be deeply missed by one daughter Loretta Kay Webster (Rodney Casey) of Crystal; granddaughter Emma Webster-Hopkins; grandson Clayton Ralph; step-granddaughter Corrine (Chris) Coble; and great-step-grandsons Brice, Bentley, and Braydon Coble; and close friends.
Joan was preceded in death along with her son Trinity Webster; and her parents Wanda and Hubert Lewis.
A Celebration of Life for both Trinity and Joan has been scheduled on Saturday, January 13, 2018 at the Crystal Movie Theater at 1:00 pm with Pastor Ried Martin officiating. A luncheon will immediately follow the service at the Crystal Town Hall. Those wishing to contribute in Joan's memory are asked to consider Brigham Funeral Chapel to assist the family with funeral expenses.
