Jody S. Loll's Obituary
Big Rapids Jody Scott Loll, 40, of Montrose, passed away Friday, October 24, 2008, at St. Marys Hospital in Saginaw. He was born May 10, 1968, in Flint, the son of Scott and Betty (Cole) Loll, and graduated from Chesaning High School in 1986. In 1994, Jody earned his Bachelors Degree in Recreational Leadership Management from Ferris State University. Jody loved the Lake Tahoe area, and completed his internship at Ski Homewood on the California side. He also enjoyed working in Phoenix, Santa Cruz, and on Waikiki Beach in Hawaii before returning to Michigan in 2005. Nothing was more important to Jody than spending time with family and friends. June is survived by a his parents Scott and Betty of Montrose; his brother Randy and wife Lori of Chesaning, his niece Ariel and his nephew Cody; his maternal grandmother Clara Cole of Big Rapids; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather Bernard Cole, and paternal grandparents Gordon and Alma Loll. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Monday, October 27, 2008, at the Mohnke Funeral Home in Big Rapids, with Rev. Bruce Peterson officiating. Burial will be in the Highland View Cemetery. Jodys family will greet friends at the funeral home on Sunday, October 26, from 3-6 p.m., and prior to services on Monday.
