John Michael Klock's Obituary
John Michael Klock, age 42, of Lakeview passed away at his home on Thursday, April 14, 2022. He was born in Grand Rapids on October 7, 1979, the son of Karen (Velting) and Jerry Klock Sr. John was raised in Howard City and Lakeview. He began attending school at the Lincoln Developmental Center in Grand Rapids and later transferred to the Seiter Center in Greenville where he completed his program. John enjoyed going out to eat at Hooters, visiting the petting zoo at Anderson and Girls Orchard, watching any TV show about animals or NASCAR, and cheering for his favorite drivers, Tony Stewart or Erik Jones. He loved his 3 pet kitties, that were his constant companions. John had a pure heart and could make anyone smile and feel better. He was very expressive and had a way to let you know exactly what he was thinking without ever saying a word.
John is survived by his mother, Karen Beardslee of Lakeview; niece, Michele Klock of Howard City; nephews, Jerry D. Klock of Edmore, Jason Klock of Wayland, Josh Wandel of Howard City; and his cousins, Mike and Mark Velting.
He was preceded in death by his father, George Beardslee; and brother, Jerry Klock Jr.
Funeral services will be held at 6:00 PM on Monday, April 18, 2022 at Brigham Funeral Chapel in Lakeview. The family will greet friends from 5:00 PM until the time of service.
