Elton was a good neighbor to my Grandparents for many years and later my mother. There were many summer days we'd be sitting on the porch and Elton would come by on his 4 wheeler. He'd say a few witty things and then he would be off. One of the
Wonderful memories of such a kind man. So giving to his community in so many different roles and positions, he truly made a difference. I bet there aren't many in this community that haven't had the pleasure of his warm smile and big personality. Condo
