Judith "Judy" Ann Taylor's Obituary
Lakeview-Judith "Judy" Ann Taylor, age 80, of Lakeview passed away on April 12, 2021 at the Fred and Lena Meijer Heart Center in Grand Rapids. She was born on August 4, 1940 to Gerald and Margarita Helen (Moore) Thompson. Judy was raised in the Greenville area where she attended school, graduating with the class of 1959. She was employed in banking for many years by both the Bank of Lakeview and then Isabella Bank before her retirement in 2004. She enjoyed working in her yard, tending her flower gardens and eating McDonalds! Judy was a devoted mom and grandma that loved spending time with her family, especially her grandbabies. She will be truly missed by everyone who knew her.
Judy is survived by her children, Scott (Rose) Taylor of Lakeview, and Randy (Angie) Taylor of Lakeview; grandchildren Justin (Alisha) Taylor, Emaleigh (Kris) Taylor, Chase Taylor, Aubrie Taylor, Beth (Eli) Heyn and Roseanna Dill; great-grandchildren, Adison Taylor, Darwin and Levi Towns; sisters, Louise Drain and Geraldine Richards; brothers-in-law, Nick Nicholson and Lyle Bennett; her puppy, Sadie; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
She is preceded in death by both parents; siblings, Ardith Bennett, Vonda and Gary Rasmussen, Gerry and Ruth Thompson, Helen (Chris) Nicholson, Alvin Richards; grandchildren, Joshua Scott and Jacqueline Sue Taylor.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, April 16, 2021 at Brigham Funeral Chapel, Lakeview with Pastor Richard Taylor officiating. The family will greet friends from 11:00 AM until time of service.
